This unique study examines productivity and compensation in the FQHC environment and the relationships – if any – between them.   Participating health centers submitted information on their planning methods and individual providers, including:

• Specialty/license/credential
• Age, gender, year hired, year of graduation/residency
• Base salary and W-2 information (base pay, productivity bonus, other incentive)
• Clinical/administrative work time expectations and annual days worked

We provide analysis and segmentation on the basis of several variables:

• Health center size
• Geographic region
• Clinic setting (urban, rural)
• Gender
• Age
• Experience
