Peninsula Community Health Services of Alaska is a Soldotna-based health center with medical, dental, and behavioral health facilities serving the communities of Soldotna and Kenai, Alaska.
Blue Ridge Health, headquartered in Henderson, is a patient centered medical home providing quality health care to the residents of six counties in western North Carolina.
For both organizations, Merces will work with management to develop and implement a new compensation program emphasizing fair and equitable pay, free of the appearance of bias and discrimination, that is compliant with rules and regulations as well as best business practices.
