Merces Launches FQHC Provider Productivity & Compensation Survey

Merces Consulting Group, Inc. (Merces) is conducting a survey of medical, dental and behavioral health provider compensation and productivity in the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.  This unique study will be the first of its kind to explore expected and actual productivity, and the methods and amounts of compensation paid to providers.

Rather than collecting composite data, information on individual providers will be collected, including demographic information, productivity, and compensation through salaries, incentives and other means.  This will allow extensive analysis to help FQHCs better understand the experiences of the industry, as well as benchmarks with which to compare their own performance.

The survey results will be made only to FQHCs, and is not intended for individual use.   All participants will receive a complimentary copy of the survey summary, and the first 200 health centers to complete the questionnaire will receive a free copy of the full report ($250 value).  The price for non-participants will be $750.
