Merces Consulting Group, Inc. (Merces) was retained by two Federally Qualified Health Centers located in the State of New York during the second half of 2011, continuing the growth of its nationwide FQHC Consulting Practice.
Finger Lakes Community Health Center, is a Pen Yan, New York-based health center with facilities throughout the Finger Lakes region, serving community members in Cayuga, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, and Yates Counties, as well as migrant farmworkers across the State of New York. Merces is working with Finger Lakes’ management team to help develop and implement and structured compensation program for its employees.
With three facilities covering Genesee, Monroe, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties, Oak Orchard Community Health Center, headquartered in Brockport, New York provides essential health care services to the residents of Northwestern New York State. In addition to helping the organization develop and implement a compensation program for its employees, Merces worked with the OOCHC Board of Directors to establish a governance process for managing the compensation of its Chief Executive Officer.
