Merces Consulting Group, Inc. (Merces) was retained by two Federally Qualified Health Centers located in the State of Washington during the winter of 2011-2012, as well as an assignment with the Washington Association of Community and Migrant Health Centers, continuing the growth of its nationwide FQHC Consulting Practice.

Moses Lake Community Health Center is a Moses Lake-based health center with facilities serving the community members in Grant County in Central Washington State.  Merces worked with Moses Lake CHC’s management team to help develop and implement a structured compensation program for its employees, and also assisted the Board of Directors to implement a governance program for the compensation of the health center’s Chief Executive Officer.

Columbia Basin Health Association, headquartered in Othello, Washington, is an award-winning Federally Qualified Health Center serving the residents of Adams, Lincoln, and southeastern Grant Counties in East Central Washington State.  Merces worked with CBHA management to develop a new compensation program for the health center’s employees.

The Washington Association of Community and Migrant Health Centers (WACMHC) is an organization representing the interests of, and providing technical assistance to, the 26 Federally Qualified Health Centers serving the residents of the State of Washington.  Merces worked with the Board of Directors to implement a governance program for the compensation of the organization’s Chief Executive Officers.
